Greg Grissigner
Greg is a Greenville, SC native. He began his building experience with Eastlan Construction where he was a project manager for 7 years. He built multi-million dollar high end apartment complexes throughout South Carolina, North Carolina, and Tennessee. His responsibilities with IBI include managing and scheduling all sub-contractors, budgeting project cost, and overseeing all material orders, as well as working closely with the client through out the project, from start to end. Greg and his wife Jenny have 3 children and resides in Greenville.
John Montgomery
John is from Simpsonville, SC. He attended Hillcrest High School and earned a B.A. from Newberry College. After college, John began working an outside sales position representing a building and construction material company, where he created many relationships within the industry and learned many things about custom home building. His responsibilities include managing all business operations, generating and monitoring budgets for each project, managing vendor relations and working with Greg on all customer needs. John and his wife Kellie have 4 children and reside in Greenville.
